  • Shipping the Return: Ship the item to the designated returns address within 7 days of receiving the RA number. Please use a trackable shipping method, as Blancunie is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
