Refund and Returns Policy

At Blancunie, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment. We strive to make the return process easy and hassle-free.

2. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return request.
  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Blancunie will cover the return shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the item showing the issue. We will assist you in processing the exchange promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards and downloadable software
